How We Train

Strength x Cardio is our signature, beat driven training format, combining full-body strength work with dynamic cardio intervals using the reformer, barre, plyo box and resistance wall. Sessions are designed to build strength, elevate heart rate and improve overall endurance—followed by guided stretching and breathwork to support recovery and reset.

Reformer Strength is a focused training format designed to build full-body strength, core control, and muscular endurance through progressive resistance on the reformer, barre, plyo box and resistance wall. Sessions emphasize precision, tempo, and alignment for deeper strength development and intentional movement without cardio intervals.

This format creates space for greater focus on strength and core engagement, finishing with guided stretching to support recovery and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and restored.

Our studio was created to be a space where strength, movement, and community come together. We believe training should challenge your body while also supporting your overall well-being, leaving you feeling both energized and restored.

Our offerings combine thoughtfully programmed strength training using the reformer, barre, plyo box and resistance wall with beat-driven movement designed to build strength, endurance, and control. Through immersive small-group sessions, we focus on creating an intentional training experience where clients feel supported, encouraged, and connected.

Why Headphones?

We use wireless headphones in our sessions to help you stay focused and present. You’ll hear clear guidance and curated music—with volume control that you tailor to your preference—without outside distractions.

This allows you to connect more deeply with your body and get the most out of every movement.

Studio audio is also available as an alternative.
