Our Programming
Strength x Cardio is our signature full-body workout that blends strategically curated strength training with energizing cardio intervals. Using the reformer, barre, plyo box and resistance wall, this beat-driven class builds strength, endurance, and stability while keeping your heart rate elevated. We finish with a deep stretch and a few minutes of guided breathwork to help restore the nervous system and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

Reformer Strength delivers the same strategically curated strength exercises as our signature class using the reformer, barre, plyo box and resistance wall—without the cardio intervals. This full-body workout focuses on building strength, control, and endurance through beat-driven movement. Class finishes with a relaxing stretch to leave you feeling strong and lengthened.
