Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve spent many years building a meaningful career in Finance, playing a part in a company that has achieved an enormous amount of growth and success. I am deeply grateful for my full time role and the incredible opportunities it gives me and I truly love the work and the professional path I have forged.

At the same time, I have always had a desire to explore something more personal—something that allows me to combine my love of movement, music, creativity and connection with people.

That journey began with O44.

Long before I ever owned a studio, I had been doing O44 workouts online and had fallen in love with the energy, the music and the way the workouts made me feel. When the opportunity came to become an O44 franchise owner, it felt like a natural next step into something I was genuinely passionate about.

I was one of only two studio owners to bring O44 to life in a physical brick-and-mortar space. In that time, I had the privilege of sharing the creator’s innovative formula for movement, strength and longevity, while building a community around a workout and an experience that I truly believed in.

When the original O44 franchise chapter eventually came to an end, I made the decision to continue independently. I was able to carry the O44 name, choreography and playlists forward, and I remained deeply grateful to the founder of the concept who had inspired me in the first place.

Opening O44 Movement in Bloomfield Hills was one of the biggest leaps I have ever taken. It challenged me in ways I never expected, taught me more than I could have imagined, and gave me some incredibly meaningful memories and relationships.

In August 2026, I made the difficult decision to close the Bloomfield Hills studio. It wasn’t an easy decision, because I truly loved the space and the community we created there. But sometimes growth means recognizing when it’s time to let one chapter close and allow the next one to unfold.

For now, I’m taking some time to reflect on what I have learned, complete my full Pilates teacher certification, and ponder what O44 might look like in the future.

Perhaps the next chapter will bring O44 home to Canada? 🍁

Whatever comes next, I am incredibly grateful for the journey that brought me here, and for everyone who has been a part of it.
