Meet Patti
I’ve spent many years building my career in Finance, being a part of a company that has achieved an enormous amount of growth and success.
I truly love my career and the opportunities it gives me, but I have always had a desire to explore something more personal—something that allows me to combine my love of movement, music, creativity and connection with people.
That journey began with O44.
Long before I ever owned a studio, I had been doing O44 workouts online and had fallen in love with the energy, the music and the way the workouts made me feel. When the opportunity came to become an O44 franchise owner, it felt like a natural next step into something I was genuinely passionate about.
I was one of only two studio owners to bring O44 to life as a physical studio. In that time, I had the privilege of building a community around a workout and an experience that I truly believed in.
When the original O44 franchise chapter eventually came to an end, I made the decision to continue independently. I was able to carry the O44 name, choreography and playlists forward, and I remained deeply grateful to the founder and creator of the concept that had inspired me in the first place.
Opening O44 Movement in Bloomfield Hills was one of the biggest leaps I have ever taken. It challenged me in ways I never expected, taught me more than I could have imagined, and gave me some incredibly meaningful memories and relationships.
In August 2026, I made the difficult decision to close the Bloomfield Hills studio. It was not an easy decision, because I truly loved the space and the community we created there. But sometimes growth means recognizing when it is time to let one chapter close and allow the next one to unfold.
For now, I am taking some time to reflect on what I have learned, complete my full PIlates teacher certification, and ponder what O44 might look like in the future.
Perhaps the next chapter will bring O44 home to Canada. 🍁
Whatever comes next, I am incredibly grateful for the journey that brought me here—and for everyone who has been part of it.
With gratitude,
Patti
