Our signature Strength x Cardio class delivers the perfect balance of power and pulse. Using the V2 Max reformer, barre, plyo box and resistance wall, you’ll move through strategically designed strength exercises paired with cardio intervals to challenge your entire body. We close with a stretch and calming breathwork to help reset your nervous system—so you leave feeling strong, energized, and restored.
